Co-Founder & Executive Director

Scaled from €200 to €1.5M annual revenue. Designed the organisation, culture, and processes to provide cultural, sport and technical education to 4.000 children weekly in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Built the organization from a hospitality concept into a broad social and educational platform. Strategizing programs that sit at the intersection of cultural education, technology, and entrepreneurship for the youth of the Brainport region. Overseeing partnerships with schools and municipalities to deliver extracurricular impact at scale.

Providing national governance and strategic oversight for one of the Netherlands' largest cultural funds. Focusing on the national strategy, the modernization of funding structures, and ensuring the long-term impact of cultural subsidies across the entire kingdom. Bridging the gap between makers' reality in South Netherlands and high-level policy strategy in Amsterdam.

Advising on the strategic direction of Northern Europe's largest design event. bridging the gap between design research, public engagement, and the international positioning of the Dutch design sector. Ensuring the program remains relevant to societal challenges and industry innovation.

Owner & Concept Designer

Restoring and redesigning heritage properties in Lisbon (Casa da Barroca, Casa do Carmo). Applying "responsive environment" principles to create creative stay concepts that honor local architectural identity while serving the needs of the modern transient.
